v0.5.0 Adding in the Discord Communities July 18, 2025

Added in the Discord Community Promotion page to the website, this will be used for promoting of course, but so it'll contain Discord servers related to the games that are promoted on the Games Page but also some that more talk about the game in question.
Thus far, the promoted servers are now: You may contact me if you'd like to have your game added to the games page or on the Discord page, additions of games or Discord servers are normally added manually, if you provide your game or Discord server it might be added as well.
